Spoke to Dana the Manager of the location to get information on renting a unit. She was extremely pleasant! Never for a second did I feel rushed, she patiently answered every question, and provided information and tips for my upcoming move. I can't wait to see her on my moving date! Phenomenal c ...Moreustomer service. To make it even better they have a crazy good price for the storage I need!

Very Clean Facility. See Dayna when you go there. She was more than helpful and made sure we got the best service. I would definitely recommend this place.

After I made the reservation online, spoke to Larry who was very helpful in answering my questions. The next day, I went to the location to move into my space. The storage specialist Dayna was also very helpful in answering my questions. She explained the entire process and various options in ...More a friendly and clear manner. She showed me my storage location which was clean, as was the entire facility. I highly recommend this Storage Post facility in Garden City, NY.

I had my stuff here for about two months around January to March 2018. The facility is very very clean and well kept. Best time to come and be able to park near the loading dock is in the early am or around 5. There are only two spots to park in where the doors are, so it's kind of inconvenient ...Moreduring busy times. Customer service: they're very nice! I don't remember their names, but the guy with the nice beard is very kind. I feel like he is a manager or something. He helped me when the door on my unit was faulty and didn't make me feel like a nuisance. He was very patient. Would I come back? Sure. Would I recommend? Yes, this location. The Far Rockaway one near Applebee's and Burger King is terrible!

Storage post on Axion avenue in garden city is not What they advertise. Many of their positive reviews must have been written by their family members or friends and do not reflect reality. 1. It is not climate controlled at all. The interior of The units are often cold 2. Shortage of carts ...More...you have to wait for someone To return a flat bed or cart so you can unload Your things 3. There is no garbage receptacle or dumpster disposal on site..so you have to put your boxes ,bags etc back in your car to dispose of your self 4. They raise fees without so much as a letter,email telling you their fees have increased. Thus you can not decide if you wish to continue with their poor service or not. 5. They changed company names without any notice to their customers what so ever informing them that what used to be called Men on the move was changed to storage post. Men on the Move had an excellent reputation. The above review is honest and accurate the only positive is their hallways and grounds are clean. . I have been in the office and on more than 1 occasion their is a strong weed smell.. I do not recommend this storage place..look elsewhere to take your business and storage needs.
