STEER CLEAR & STAY AWAY!!! Unless you can guarantee that you'll NEVER miss a rent payment! The tack a 100$ lien on your account after 30 days, double lock you out, then put your unit on the auction list and send you messages to contact them BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! How convenient is THAT ...More? So you can't call them back and you can't get in touch with them. They won't work with you if you need to catch up on any rent you owe. They just want your money and shut up. I've been trying to get through to the office and the corporate office for almost 2 weeks and nobody ever answers the phone any place! If I could give them a negative 10 star review I would. I hope this review helps to save other people from the living hell I'm going through.

The Storage Post is very clean, Vincent was kind, funny and helpful when I stopped by to get some basic information on rates, fees, etc., I feel welcome and look forward to taking care of my storage needs here.

Increased my storage fee 2X in 6 months. 3X in 2 years. If your late paying bills they increased late fee also. One of their excuses for raising fees was installing WIFI! for the amount of time I'm there who needs it? I don't live there. So check around they're plenty of other storage facilities ...More in the area.
