I am a student at Fordham University and attempted to store my stuff with them after the school year ended. Terrible experience with them. Threw out our belongings (almost $2,000 worth) 4 days after we rented the storage/moved our stuff in. We even caught them USING some of our things, such as o ...Moreur Swiffer Wet Jet, in their facility. The one man even admitted to bringing some of my stuff home. They claim it was a mistake and offered a refund, after several weeks of us asking them to do so. They later said we needed to file a police report in New York (mind you we live in Philadelphia) before getting the money (which obviously doesn't make sense since they admitted to their mistake). Desperate, we made the trip to New York and called them back after the police officers did not understand why we needed to file a police report in the first place, again since Storage Post admitted to the mistake. We spoke to Muhammad in corporate again and he then claimed he never told us we needed a police report (lie). Therefore, this was a complete waste of a trip from Philly to New York. He said in 4 weeks from around that date that we should receive the check. Here we are 2 months later from the incident and way past the "4 weeks" and we still have not received the money back. One excuse after another every time we contact Muhammad about it. All in all, please do not use this storage.

This storage sit will hit you with ridiculous late fee charges they have a 2nd late fee charge of over $30 how can you have a 2nd late fee with out allowing the month to end when the bill cycle is on the 7th of the month . even if you call on the date right where fee kicks in they give you no s ...Moreort of courtesy wave on second late fee, i spoke to a Fabian Perlata in fordham location not only was he rude but he definitely is lacking customer service skills to be a assistance manager i was hit with the late fee although i had call the day before and was no answer to their line i even call their main line and they wasn't able to connect with store.. when i first sign on i was quotes at a $20 storage fee for a small top storage unit now the fee is $30 and let not forget they have a crazy late fee policy i guess that's where they earn the interest of money for unit. BEWARE OF FEES... fyi location is in a dark back alley place don't go late security lacks on this location as well.

This place looks clean and organized and their prices are competitively low. Customer service was exceptional. Fabian who attended at the time was very professional, courteous and patient. He took the time to show me all merchandising they have to offer for purchase to make my moving easier. And ...More answered all my questions efficiently..

This place is HORRIBLE! They have a severe RAT INFESTATION. I have communicated this to management, headquaters and V.P and they have not taken accountability or responded properly.
