Good space and affordable. Staff is same year round and they are helpful. Sometimes one particular women (not the tall lady) could be a bit sour, but she is dutiful, nonetheless.

They will not honor the 25% discount promotion for new customers. I was told a 5x5 room would cost $149/month, even though I am a new customer.

My experience with Keeper's is sort of mixed. When comes to the customers service I doubt you will find any better. HOWEVER, please make sure that you are aware of ALL of the policies and procedures. My feeling is that they hope you forget about your storage fees that they say will be returned ...Moreto you in the mail. There original statement is that it will be returned to you within 2 to 4 weeks. That is NOT the case. It is going on five weeks now and I have yet to receive my deposit. I called the Keeper's facility in Staten Island to know exactly what their policy is. The receptionist states that returning your deposit will take 6 to 9 weeks, while the receptionist in New Jersey states there policy will take 4 to 6 weeks. Don't even try to contact anyone at the coperate office because they never return your calls. Get everything in writing.

Very clean space. The staff is courteous and very responsive. This is my second time renting storage units here, the first time in 2011. I highly recommend it.
