Nice, clean location. Very helpful staff. Very secure! Only thing I didn't like was when I closed my account mid-month I was not credited for unused time, and I was told I would get rebated the difference when I signed up.

Stored here for a few months after another facility did not work out. Customer Service sucks here . Disgruntled workers, filthy facility (except for the storage room itself), odorous, just plain bad. Prior to signing up, they treat you like gold. Once you're in contract, you will never get s ...Moreomeone on the phone outside of their call centers. Messages left unreturned - only email contact seems to work. Attempt to pay online? Nope. They force you to pay at least an additional month in advance and hide behind the "website glitch"excuse. They must also be quick to lock people out as I've personally encountered a number of angry patrons at the location demanding to know why they were locked out. Christian, the desk guy, spends his days strolling through the MALL parking lot. He's rarely at the desk but if you're looking for him, just take a walk around the mall parking lot and you'll find him slithering around. Roland is a phone thug who attempted to bully me over the phone and he's dishonest. Storage Post offers you a complimentary man-with-a-van service that was not available to assist me with my move however Christian promised that he could arrange it for me to pick up a few bulky items from my residence back to the facility prior to vacating their premises. Upon attempting to redeem the service, I encountered Roland who was beyond belligerent. He kept repeating that he was the Manager and that regardless of the "misinformation" that Christian gave me, it was "not going to happen" since I was already 4 months into my lease with them. YES. 4 months into a lease that I respectfully kept in great standing. A lease that I had to honor but they could not provide the bare minimum..like cleaning their restrooms..using a clean mop to cleanse their facility so that it did not smell of dead rodents in the elevators.. The rooms are clean and the prices are fair but this location employs low grade staff who clearly are not compensated well. Store at another one of their locations just not this one. I promise these guys are not worth the hassle.

I purchased a moving kit from Storage Post 1 week ago. Roland helped me pick out the moving kit and some other supplies. I asked how Storage Post's prices compared to other moving supply places and he told me their prices were comparable, well I should have shopped around first because Home Depo ...Moret had moving boxes for a lower price. Roland did mention in pasting that they didn't offer refunds but for some reason I didn't pay much attention then. The next day I saw that Home Depot's moving supplies are cheaper and I planned to take the Storage Post boxes back. I checked my receipt and it stated, "...Shop worry-free with our 100% refund! Simply bring in your un-useded or unopened items within 30 days with the original receipt". A week later I head back to Storage Post and through the glass doors I see a worker at the desk. He sees me carrying supplies and has a puzzled look on his face. I tell Chris who is at the desk that I'd like to return some supplies and he tells me he's never handled a return. He says that he can put credit to my storage unit. Since I don't have a storage unit at Storage Post I told him I would just like a refund. He says he doesn't know how to do a refund, he doesn't know what that code is. I asked if there was anyone else there who could handle a refund and he says no. And the person who could do it, Roland ,would not be in until Tuesday, sometime from 10-1p. I work M-F 9a-5p so getting there on Tuesday between 10-1p would not work. So before I go back next Saturday I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
I am surprised to read these reviews. My experience with Roland and Christian has been totally different thus far. As a matter of fact, I went to Storage post in Pelham in hopes of finding a clean, safe storage facility for my personal items. Good customer service is very hard to find these d ...Moreays and to my surprise, Christian's customer service was flawless. He showed me around the facility with no hesitation. Other facilities that I shopped around at didn't even take the time to show me around. Other facility workers did not seemed interested in my business at all and to top it off, their facilities were not as clean as the Pelham Storage post. Christian's customer service sold me, plus the facility was clean and knowing the area, I am sure they have good security. Unfortunately, the second time I went to the facility my car would not start for some reason. Christian and Roland made me feel at ease while I had to wait for service and they even made attempts to help me get my car started. I am not sure what happened to the other members as far as their interactions with Roland and Christian. I hope that our friendly, professional relationship continues and that what I signed up for will be continually provided.
Great experience so far. Very clean facility. Their new website is much better than the old one. It allows you to fully manage your account and setup auto-pay. Simple pricing (no contract, cancel anytime). The building seems well secured with security cameras and all access requires a passcode ...More- both for the main entrance and for use of the elevators to get to your specific floor. (You provide the lock for your individual unit.) They have several dollies that have always been available when I needed them. Roland helped me get all setup. Super helpful.
