Ray and Kevin are amazing. First I got the best deal in NYC for storage then they continue to go above and beyond. I can't thank them or praise Ray and Kevin enough for being conscientious smart and kind. Storage post should be proud for having these gentleman represent their company. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!! My boyfriend stored some very expensive couches and other furniture here. After returning to the unit a couple of months later, the couches had rat feces on it!! RAT FECES!!! DISGUSTING. The storage people neglected to inform my boyfriend that the ...Morere was a rat problem upon storing the furniture there. I'm sure if we had been equipped with that knowledge, we would have at the very least, wrapped the furniture before storing it. The receptionist (who was otherwise very helpful and the reason why there is even one star) said that she did not inform him of this problem because they came to the storage place right before they were closing. This is an illegitimate excuse because the driver came to pick up the furniture at the last minute after we were waiting all day for him. Then my boyfriend and his brother were literally talking to said receptionist for an hour and a half, and never did that come up! The receptionist told him he could file a claim about the damages. The receptionist said that it was not likely that he would get reimbursed because of a clause in the lease! The fact that the storage place has a rat problem and did not inform us is TERRIBLE BUSINESS. The fact that the chances that we will be reimbursed and they wont even dispose of the furniture for free is TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Please do not store your things here, you will end up being IRATE to find that your furniture has been damaged and the people at the storage place does not care at all about trying to pay for the damages.

There are rodent feces in my storage unit yet they have the nerve to continue to raise the price of my unit every few months for unnecessary luxuries. I don't understand why wifi is needed in a place where people go to drop off or pick up their items. Had I been informed of this problem I would ...More have taken the proper precautions with all my items. If I could afford to keep my things elsewhere I would. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful with other things.

You get what you pay for. And they don't charge much so...meh. Ive had numerous bad experiences here...like over 5. Every time I price another place, I remember why I chose this location. I'm ok with the sketchy location since I work nearby. What I'm not comfortable with is the times I've gone ...More and there are guys hanging out on their ATVs in the unloading station. I'm not trying to get chopped up and discarded in a storage facility, no thanks. If you can afford a different location, run and never look back.

still meh...but now meh with rat shit all over up in my unit. like EVERYWHERE. Lucky this year I'm planning on dumping most of the stuff I had in storage, but like a yelper said- Rat shit err where

DONT EVER EVER USE THIS PLACE ! I stored my belongs big screen65 in tv , lap top video games AC clothes and all and after a month or so all my belongings was STOLEN . The staff was rude until I got Thur to Alex and Anthony who was a small bit of help. I was told to file a claim but because the ...More guy didn't explain my different insurances and gave me the cheapest one ( which I didn't ask for ) my stuff that was stolen was only reimbursed in the amount of 1100.00 that mind you this happen in June and I have yet to get a payment from them ! My things was well Over that amount and all they can say is your waiting in the claims department butvyet they will auction your stuff off after 30 day non payment !!! NO GOOD DONT USE THEM !!!
