Don't use them for UPS drop off!!! Everyone needs to know that they charge for UPS drop offs! Drop offs are normally free, his excuse is they have to call UPS to pick up the items....(duh!!!) they are an authorized drop off center UPS will come anyway... Also they refused to giv ...Moree a receipt for the items which is usually standard, his excuse was that only ups store give those (not true). Then they called to verify if we really wanted to return the items...seriously...they research our number to ask that eventhough the items had prepaid labels and I confirmed that they were to be shipped when I dropped them off. Unfortunately this caused a real problem becuase I was returning gifts and trying to keep it a secret...thanks alot!
