Leak in the roof and rat droppings in my unit. I am a long term renter here and once upon a time I would have given it four stars. But it has been down hill for about the last three years.There have been cosmetic improvements, but where it counts, inside the unit I pay for, it is deteriorating. ...MoreRent increases every year. Well over a year I've been asking them to confirm the leak has been fixed, without response. Today, I told them about rat droppings in the unit, they told me I have to expect rodents to live in the unit and not to expect them to do anything about it. I don't even want to pick up a box for fear of what might jump out at me.

I attempted a few times to get storage here before. Thank god for the new management, that I'm finally able to move my stuff in. Israel was patient and professional with the whole process. I would highly recommend my friends and family. As the experience was so quick and easy.
