Worst customer service ever. When our building closed the room where our storage unit is located for asbestos removal, there was no communication from Storage Deluxe to the unit renters about the cutoff of access. The only notice posted was on a door to the storage room in the basement that not ...Moreall residents would go by. The note further directed residents to call the company for help, when I called the company with expectation that the staff would help us access the unit, there was a rude response with no apologies and staff Felicha insisted it was our fault not seeing the notice on a door in the basement. Besides the lack of professionalism in communication, the company's billing staff also does not understand the most basic safeguard of financial privacy. One staff called my office and found me away so she felt free to discuss my account and specifically my credit card information with the receptionist of my office who took the message.
