My company has been using Storage Pro for at least 6 years now. They have always done a terrific job. They are always responsive and helpful. The ability to park in the building is a huge benefit for us as we are invariably driving to their location. One small nitpick: Proximity to AT&T pa ...Morerk can make access difficult when the Giant's have a game. Otherwise, I love 'em!

Of the numerous services I've used in the two months I've been in SF, few have been as helpful as this Storage Pros location. Will goes out of his way to make sure customers understand what they're getting and get what they want. I don't doubt that there are cheaper options but few are as well r ...Moreun as this operation. He is friendly and trustworthy and provides great advice about storing and moving items as well as about the surrounding area. The warehouse is very convenient to all downtown locations as well as Castro and the Mission. There is parking inside the structure so its proximity to AT&T Park should not be a big concern. There are always dollies for moving things between car and the storage unit. The elevator works fine and I'm always in and out in less than 10 minutes. The complimentary fresh-baked cookies are a bonus.

Have always had a great experience with Storage Pro. Wil and Jim, and now a new guy whose name I don't know, have always been friendly, professional and keep the place immaculate. Can't speak to competitiveness about price but I feel we pay a fair price for our unit. Bottom line is that these ...More guys are a pleasure to do business with.

We have used Storage Pro for over 2 years. Recently, we lost our Padlock key and the facility manager and office were very well equipped. Promptly helps us to remove the lock, although it cost us $25. The facility has kept clean and temperature was kept consistently. It has been hassle free ...Moreand price is competitive; that's we stay with them for the past 2 years.

I highly recommended Storage Pro!! Wil is so helpful and friendly. The storage is very clean and things are well-organized. Great service! Great people! Great storage!
