just moved in today... the unit is super clean and very well secured. staff is friendly and overall was a smooth process. did a bunch of research ahead and their prices are standard, and the only places that were cheaper seemed to get consistently poor reviews about cleanliness and security.

Stop N Stor runs a very pleasant and efficient operation. Moving and self storage is usually stressful, but they made the process really easy and affordable. They even let you rent a large moving truck the day you move in FOR FREE making it really easy to drop your stuff off. All of their units ...Moreare very accessible in that you're able to drive right up to it -compared to larger warehouse storage where your unit might be down a large narrow dark hallway with multiple doors and codes to enter. Great customer service and great location and hours. Big fan here!

Am happy with Stop n Stor Storage. Convenient to go to, friendly customer service and a clean unit. Would prefer better lighting for my unit, but w an added led light, it works well for the space. Good access, with dollies available for use. I recommend this place.

This place is convenient to get to, it's clean, reasonably priced. The customer service my husband and I received since we've moved our belongings here have been exceptional. The Manager Matt is super efficient, friendly and so helpful. The on-boarding was good. They do a tour with an employee ...Moreyou when you sign up, the set up is very simple and easy. If you need some supplies they also sell them too. So far so good. Thanks guys for providing a clean, safe simply storage system for our family! If anyone is looking for storage, you guys should definitely check them out.

I don't usually give 5-star reviews because I believe that businesses can always strive to be even better but Matt and his colleagues at Stop N Stor really do offer a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I needed a storage locker when I moved from Oakland to SF but was out of the country ...More for the last part of Dec 2018 and couldn't move into my new place until I got back a few days into January. So the storage locker was a necessary intermediary in my transition. From initial inquiries, to signup, to guided tour, to using their moving truck, to closing out my locker, everything went entirely smoothly. Storage lockers might not be a high tech item on everyone's list but Stop N Stor has clearly been well thought out and extremely modern in their approach to providing the ultimate experience to their customers.
