I haven't used a storage locker in a long time and recently I've needed the extra space. This place is visible if you drive on Woodhaven Blvd in the area. It's a decent sized facility. The front office is on the corner of the street and there's only street parking there. I was able to find a spo ...Moret right away the first time I was there. Very nice staff here. I didn't catch her name but the person who showed us the available spaces and got the paperwork filled out was very nice and accommodating. Between looking at the lockers and signing up was less than 30 minutes. Don't forget to bring a lock or you will need to buy one there. They have supplies at the front desk like, locks(only key ones), boxes, tape etc, your basic moving supplies. You get a discount once you rent a locker here. The storage facility itself is big. Big enough to drive in. You can either walk in thru the front office or drive in thru the rear. Both ways, you just punch in your code and your good to go. There are lockers of all sizes. Small garages to little lockers. I was able to find a locker suitable for what I needed. There is also the option of transferring lockers if you need to upgrade or downgrade. All of the rentals are month to month.

I was not happy with my experience at this particular location. I had a climate controlled unit on the first floor for a few years. After a while, all my stuff got a musty smell. One day I came to check on my stuff and I could smell the musty mold or whatever smell throughout the hallway. My ...More relative who was with me smelled it too. I had previously complained to management that my stuff had this smell and that day I got one of the employees to come to the hallway. He FAKED not smelling the musty smell. Denied there was a problem when there was. The problem started after Super Storm Sandy. I moved my stuff to a different Stop & Stor location where I have much better service. When I moved my stuff out I could see water marks on my boxes. I asked if there had been any floods. The employees denied it. But the evidence was there on the boxes. I believe there was some flooding and that caused the musty smell on the first floor.
Convenient, safe and secure location. Staff has always been very helpful.
