This company negotiated a rate for service and they preformed well for several months. Suddenly h ...Moreuge invoices started arriving that were thousands of dollars above our agreement. Some were backdated to prior months. By then we had nearly $ 250K of cargo in their possession. When I tried to dispute the invoices management claimed to have no idea where my regular contact person went. I showed them the series of emails with their salesman proving the charges were outside of our agreement. They announced intent to hold our cargo hostage in order to (in my opinion) extort payment. It was our choice to pay, or take them into an expensive cross-country court battle, meanwhile losing our customers for the cargo and as they put it, continuing to accrue additional costs. It finally cost us about $10K (ransom) to get our cargo back. Before it could all get picked up they issued additional invoices to get more money. My suggestion is to stay as far away from this place as possible. In my opinion the management belongs in prison.

Avoid using this warehouse at any costs, many truckers will not pick up here because they are so incompetent, and just rude. After sending wire transfer, their accounting department and customer service don't seem to be able to communicate and release goods, so it's necessary to call until you g ...Moreet release in writing.

Wish I can give negative star in this case, we arranged delivery with STG Logistics, after we paid the delivery charge, they couldn't accommodate our delivery time and date, so finally the free time of storage was up after not hearing back from them for days, we asked if we can get a refund if t ...Morehey can't make the delivery. They said yes send our request to the billing department, after 4 emails sending to the billing department asking for refunds, no reply. We had to file complaint with BBB, BBB sent them a request on 3/17, still no reply, what kind of business is this? Horrible! now we might have to file small claim with the court to get our money refunded! it was a big waste of time energy and effort, avoid this company if you can.
