The attendants were all incredibly rude and yelled at me during each interaction I had with them. When I dropped off my car, the attendant told me where to walk and then he proceeded to get into a car and go full speed in reverse right at me almost hitting me (and another car). Then, I was overc ...Moreharged by double what SpotHero said I should be charged. Luckily SpotHero customer service is great and promised to refund me. I will never be parking in this garage again with so many other nearby options.

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!! If I could give minus zero I would . I just parked my brand new Subaru overnight there. Not only did they scratch my car but the attendant was in my car listening to Pandora because I don't even know how to access Pandora on this new car. Especially with Covid, where I ...Moreas a high risk older person take every precaution, the idea that someone was in MY CAR possonly all night long, is unbearable. When I complained he walked away and told me to call manager. I know this garage well. They're close to where I live and cheaper than others but not worth the savings which now will be spent in litigation. AVOID THIS GARAGE!!

This place is terrible. There's one guy that works weekends and never gives us a ticket and gives you an attitude if you ask, waving you off. The other guys all want a ticket and give us a hard time when we don't have it. Just came in and they refused to give me my car because I didn't have the ...Moreticket, so my husband had to come and pick it up under his name. Ridiculous and not what I wanted on my already stressful MOVING day. At least it's our last day using them. They require you to call ahead to get your car about an hour. Sometimes even when we call they don't get it ahead of time and make us wait while they get it. Two thumbs down. Zero stars. Good riddance.
