Evan came to spec our job the same day we called him. I had seen his reviews in yelp and thought it was too good to be true. He had availability the following week and his team were timely, cautious and respectful. We had some hiccups and Evan was fixing them right away. Important to note it was ...More no ones fault, just part of a big move with lots of moving parts to two locations. I liked his 100% availability and ability to solve problems pleasantly (as moves can be stressful - just ask me and my husband!). His team were so strong and smart. We enjoyed our two day adventure with them moving from purdys ny to rye New Hampshire. Thank you for your hard work. I highly recommend Evan and his team.

Came away really impressed with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by the Smooth Move team. They worked hard and there were no incidents in the course of the move. Additionally they were accommodative to last minute changes to plans which was greatly appreciated. This was my fir ...Morest time using a moving service and the Smooth Move team made it a low stress day. I would definitely utilize Smooth Move's again if/when I were to move.

Evan and his team at SM&D gave us the best moving experience that we possibly could have hoped for. Our landlord decided to sell our unit on short notice so we were really in a time crunch. I set an appointment for Evan to come survey our things and give us a quote. Unfortunately, a snow storm h ...Moreit the day of our appointment. I told Evan to stay safe and that I would totally understand if we had to reschedule. But Evan did not let snow stand in his way and showed his commitment to the highest quality customer service by honoring our appointment. Over the next couple weeks, Evan was always available and communicative whenever we needed his assistance with things like purchasing boxes/packing materials and various prep for the move. The day of the move, Eric led a crew of four movers who were incredibly prepared, efficient, considerate, communicative, and helpful in all ways. We did not have a single belonging wind up damaged or missing. Just like Evan, Eric and the rest of the movers were very committed and consistently showed that they always had our satisfaction in mind. We were astonished that they completed the move in 5.5 hours (including a partial pack) with no sense of rushing what so ever. Afterwards, Evan followed up via phone to make sure all went well with the move which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend SM&D to anyone making a move regardless of size. They are a phenomenal company who truly took a lot of the stress out of our move, and their services are worth the high praise that they have received in reviews.

Smooth Move and delivery company arrived on time. The men individually shook my hand, told me their name and began their work. They worked continuously stopping at noon for lunch and resume their job 30 minutes later. My furniture and valuables were wrapped securely and box with plenty of paddin ...Moreg. On day two they returned on time delivered my belongings to my new condo and began unloading the truck. A lot of boxes were marked fragile with a room number assigned to them. My one suggestion to the company would be if all little more information could have been on the outside of the box such as HP printer, or sewing machine inside. I was very pleased with a conversation and the results of the conversation I had with Evan. I am satisfied with the job they did.

On the day of the move, the guys showed up on time and got right to work. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They w ...Moreere very communicative with me the entire time and took such good care of my possessions. I couldn't believe how quickly they got me moved in too. They even helped me decide where to put my furniture. Moving is so stressful, but they were able to alleviate a lot of stress for me.
