Staff is nice. Brittney is super helpful and friendly. The facility could be cleaner but hey it's s storage facility. Open the two doors so that people don't have to squeeze that large cart through that one small door. I've dropped my items this way.

Really disappointed in SmartStop. The facility has declined since I first rented a unit. Carts are never returned, staff isn't the nicest and the units are not air controlled. I came in on a hot day to almost pass out and feel my plastic items almost melting. Asked for a call from the GM to disc ...Moreuss this. Told by the facility and customer service that he doesn't have to speak to me. Very rude. I'll be leaving.

Their system randomly deleted my debit card which apparently is a common bug in their billing system. Despite that, they charged me late fees and threatened to auction off my unit, claiming I wasn't making payments. After trying to get help, the Newark NJ rep hung up on me and said my stuff is ...More going to be auctioned. Now calling their national office for support. So wild. Don't use this place.
