I was referred to this location by the woman at their Clinton Street space. They still had the smaller sizes available and I didn't need that big of a space. When I got there I spoke to the woman at the counter and she got a guy right away to show me the 2 sizes I was interested in. I settled on ...More a 5X5 space they had in the basement. The place is huge and I'd easily get lost if the elevator guy wasn't there to show me the way. He was very pleasant, didn't rush me. When I decided on a spot I asked the woman at the counter if the free month of storage counted for this space as well. When she asked how long I wanted to use it for she ended up giving me 2 months free for paying for the year. All the paper work went quick and smoothly. I took insurance which is only $10 more a month. After I was done she gave me all the receipts a offered to schedule me a free pickup sometime during the week. I couldn't be more pleased and this facility is right off Flatbush Ave. so it's super convenient to get to. I couldn't be happier with my decision to use this place.

Needed to move from Manhattan Mini-storage to something nearby. Again, went on Yelp to find the right place. I got a similar space, 5x5 (slightly smaller than Manhattan Mini) for 200 bucks less a month. Very straight forward leasing process. The location was somewhat clean, the room could have ...Moreused a sweep but I didn't bother to ask. The bathroom was dirty, oh well, and has 2 loading spots for your truck/van. tip: One thing to note is you have to go up a ramp when you unload your truck. Move the foam padding aside first, then push the cart up the ramp (make sure you have a buddy helping you). Trying to move a heavy load up on top of the foam ramp was difficult.

I am sorry you feel this way. We have a bathroom located in our office, there is a garbage. We do not have rats or bugs. We take pride in our facility and keep it clean. We have been in business for 18 years and we love to serve our customers with affordable, clean and secure self storage.
