This was our first time renting public storage. The planning took a while and from the beginning Trevor was amazing. He was patient and was always helping me with what I needed. We needed the have a large delivery that encounter some bumps and Trevor and Joseph were amazing in helping me work ...More through it all. The entire experience was awesome.....easy to work with, great customer service, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend SPS in Daly City! Impressive!!

I've been a customer of SPS in Daly City for many years now and have always had a great customer service experience with the managers here, Trevor and his wife, Liz. They've always been responsive, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The place is very clean, safe and well-maintained. I had no idea that there was a storage facility closer to my home. Prior to this facility, I had been renting a space in Daly City. I was totally ecstatic upon meeting with Trevor & his wife Elizabeth two months ago. They will answer all your questions & take care of any problems you have rig ...Moreht away. This facility should get a 10 star rating. I now only have a 5 minute drive to this facility. It's clean, and there's even a donation drop-off box to donate clothing or shoes. Extremely happy about this because I was driving to Serramonte, SSF, or San Bruno to drop off my items to thrift shop locations. If you're looking for a great storage facility - this is the place! My studio apartment is starting to look way better with items removed & placed in my storage locker. This facility gets my two thumbs up!!!
