I'm so impressed with this place and the attentive staff! Not only is it tucked away in a safe location, but the staff are amazing! And want to make sure you are taken care of. After I checked in to get my unit, the staff member that helped me called me and asked me to save the number to my phon ...Moree and check in that everything was good! Can't recommend them enough!!!

I had fairly high expectations due to the 5 star rating (and was prepared to not have them met) but I was proved wrong! I will echo all the reviews here in saying that John is just genuinely the kindest! He made an extremely stressful and long day of moving so much better with his extremely posi ...Moretive and helpful attitude! The storage area itself was clean and the elevators + carts made our lives 10000x easier. Appreciate the help and for making moving my items into storage the easiest part of my day, John! Seriously one of the best customer service I've encountered! One tip: bring your own padlock. This may just be common knowledge (my first time using storage) but it is a lot more cost effective to buy one externally.

They were super nice people and always helpful. That was until a hole in the roof leaked rain and caused mold to grow on all my belongings. It cost me over $800 to have my clothes dry cleaned and I had to throw out shoes and luggage. I took them to Small Claims Court but lost because in SCC you ...Morehave to prove they did it on purpose which they did not, but they did not fix the roof either. They offered me another space but the damage was already done. Be very careful about signing that contact, the price goes up and you'll never win in court if your stuff is stolen or damaged.
