They are the WORST! Their elevator was out for hours & I could not access my unit. They offered 1 month free as compensation, then changed their mind when I tried to follow-up. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I rent a unit at Elizabeth nj location and payed for April and May 2022. Then I was locked out my pin eliminated from the computer system, Talked to the representative at the office he didn't have a clue and he checked the system for my name and unit number turns out they said I left and my unit ...More was vacant after 1/2 hr of talking he told me to leave the premises like I was some kind of criminal, I called the customer hot line and they said talk to the manager, Shortly after a guy named Ken calls me and said he spoke to me on Monday and said I told him I was moving out and that was a false statement because I still have the keys and still have my items in the unit then he tells me he was going to put me in the system again he didn't because Sunday I went to get some paperwork from my storage unit and I wasn't in the system. I'm paying $145 for this kind of treatment at Safeguard storage in Elizabeth nj They can do better. I wish the best of luck to anyone who rents a unit from this storage facility
