It's good. The location is convenient for me. I like the driveway and the loading dock. The second floor is available through a large cargo freight elevator and the first floor has two levels. Unfortunately the second level on the ground floor is accessed via stairs! This is the first point of ...Morewhy I took one star away from five stars. Pay more for the first level of the first floor? The second star off comes from their hours of operation which is OK but not stellar. The weekend has some abbreviated hours but at least you can get to the storage before work starting at 8:30am and after work until 7. I wish they kept those hours for the weekend where I move things the most! And they tend to take several long breaks during the day- for an hour at a time. But then! They have wonderful service people and they have a nice manager who is very helpful when you can get him.

It's alright, Friendly staff, specially Nora who helped me out in opening the account. Very friendly and helpful lady. The manager also allowed me to have commercial deliveries delivered to the site even though they don't have an allotted space for commercial deliveries. I should've given a 5 st ...Morear if they do have a locked space for the commercial deliveries and if they have 24 hour access. But overall, this place rocks!

I was at this location yesterday, 1/16,21.I left at closing time without getting a new storage unit due to the employee's incompetency. And speaking to the district manager didn't help. They don't deserve a star. Ron the manager didn't help at all he showed no empathy.
