I am horrified that I have been paying $191 per month for the last 9 years for a climate controlled 10 by 10 storage unit at Safeguard Self Storage in Holmdel, NJ only to find out that their air conditioning unit has been leaking into my unit ruining the contents. Safeguard says that they are no ...Moret responsible. This is negligence on their part for not maintaining the "climate control" aspect of their facility. I would NEVER recommend this place! If you have items stored there, check your items carefully. We could only see the damage when we removed our items.

The managers at this facility have been great - helpful, fast, and friendly. The locations is also clean and it's easy to access the units.
