I have been customer of Safeguard Self Storage for years. I initally started at the facility on Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill - I had a wonderful experience there. Each person at the location was helpful. The location on Liberty, however, has completely changed my mind about the business. The ...More manager doesn't always reply on time to inquiries and the district manager, Craig Inserillo, is horrible. I am currently looking into CubeSmart to have my belongings moved. I would rather patron somewhere else especially since they have increased their prices, but not their customer service. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!
