The facility located in Hempstead has the best customer service. Suresh is by far the nicest and most helpful manager I have ever come across. He will go above and beyond for his customers. He takes ownership of any request we may have. The facility is always clean, well lit, and temperature is ...Morekept perfect. Love this storage facility. Would not go anywhere else no matter how cheap they maybe.

Suresh is A+!!!! Great service. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice and cool during the summer. Jamming tunes over the loud speaker!!! :)

The customer service, Suresh, was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend this storage unit/company to anyone. You feel safe and at peace bc of their high level security system.

I have had a Unit there for more than 8 years-the staff has always been accommodating and the service outstanding-the place is kept very clean the temperature is perfect and the place is lit to the nines so security has never been an issue-there has never been a time that I have gone there witho ...Moreut leaving with a smile on my face-the Facility Manager Rhodana Sylvester is totally awesome-she goes above and beyond to help in any way she can-I had to get another smaller Unit and she was so helpful showing me the Unit-filling out the paper work the whole nine yards-she made the experience a very pleasant one-she explained everything in detail-she made everything so easy-I think this facility is very good and one of the reasons why is having Rhodana there-Safeguard made a good choice having her as a Facility Manager-AAA++

I will never uses self storage after the service that was rendered by safe guard self storage on Hempstead Ave West Hempstead. Our storage was transferred from a place that was closing down and this place crammed our belongings in a unit much smaller then what we previously had and still charge ...Mored the higher amount from the previous storage place. We were there the night of Dec 5 to clear out the unit. They would not give us a refund for December even though the bill was paid on the 5th of December. When I called about the refund I was told I would get was now unavailable. I was not pleased with the treatment received. It's really no stars,but in order to post I needed to click on 1 star.
