2. The most efficient thing about this business is their billing - billing of fees that is!

4. District Manager is worst of them all. You would think common sense would be a prerequisite for that post

Half the workers hate their jobs and are nasty, there were rat droppings in our unit, they placed rat poison in our unit without permission or notice, when leaks happen, they put buckets under it and dont fix for months, every floor has a weird smell and 100% of any fabric or leather we left in ...Morethe unit was covered in mold. Doesnt matter if it were in bins or on hangers, ALL have mold. Had to throw out more than half our belongings due to it.

Uhhh... Is this place suppose to grant me access for 24hrs? Because my things are stuck... Between the loading Bay door and the entry door... I enter my code and it says "this side is closed"... Why.. why is it closed? Well... Umm... Yeah. My things aren't secure... 2 stars? Maybe the whole bui ...Morelding is secured ... So it's ok that my unit is still open and my items are just.. behind their bay door? ... Yes... I tried calling the numbers given to me...
