What a shady company. I have been on auto pay. No issues with my bank. They send a letter don't call and say I have a problem with my card just to charge me late fees. Their policy is to not contact clients when their is a problem so they can get you on all sorts of fees. I would not rent here i ...Moref they gave me 6mths free. I'm going to go to another company. They need better customer service. NOT COOL. And they do not even have the staff with the capability to understand a situation. They should invest in better staffing

I had no issues the place was clean and very professional the only problem is on Sundays u have to be out by 5 and 7 during the week they're real strict about that. One representative was very mad at me when I had her there past 7. Another guy wouldn't let the elevator move bc I tried to hop on ...Moreto move something quickly. They need better hours but otherwise no issues...

Great location! Never had any issues with the staff or with the cleanliness of this place. This is the second safeguard I've used and will use them again in the future. The Customer service here was outstanding. Helpful & fast. The receptionist Kim was kind and able to assist me with any concerns & questions. Will definitely recommend to anyone in search of a storage place.

The facility manager made this process extremely smooth. She explained everything in detail for me because I did let her know this was my first time using a storage unit. This location is convenient and hassle free! I'm glad I decided to use their services.
