I came in needing a box large enough to ship 14x18" picture frames. The post office does not have anything that big. The guy working was helpful and friendly. Price for bubble wrap is comparable to the post office. They also have foam peanuts, but I would recommend using newspaper as it is a gre ...Moreener alternative and cheaper.

The storage areas are very clean. The managers at the front desk are very friendly and efficient. One major problem is that not enough people are on duty. It's a large storage facility. If anyone needs to go into it the manager has to leave the desk, go upstairs with them, and leave a sign stati ...Moreng they will return soon. At least two, maybe three, people should be behind the desk whenever Safeguard is open. Why waste a customer's time? How much does it cost to pay another manager? Safeguard makes enough profit to pay one more. ---Charles Lynch

I really only had two interactions with them. Once when I moved in and a second time two years later over the phone to add someone to authorize access so I could move out. I remember both conversations as being some of the must unexpectedly pleasant customer service conversations I have ever had ...More, and I guess this compelled me to leave a review.

I was very pleased with the service at safe storage. I love knowing that my things were safe and I didn't have to worry about my things. I loved the fact that I was the only one with the key. I would highly recommend safe storage to my friends and family.

Really nice staff. Quick registration and easy move in. I was impressed with the lock system on the gate of my new room. Very happy.
