Called ahead to reserve the space and upon arrival Gabriel and Sandy were extremely helpful. Quick, courteous and made the exhausting moving experience a little less stressful. I'd absolutely recommend this place.
Such a great sign up experience! I came in with a reservation for a 10x10 unit and Liz and Gabriel were super helpful throughout the whole process. They showed me the unit as well as some other sizes before helping me determine what would be best for my needs. Then they gave price breakdowns to ...Moreensure I would get the best rate based off my estimated time frame. Then, they made sure to explain the paperwork and processes as I was reading through it. I even spun the wheel of surprise and got a sweet treat at the end! All in all, it took about 30 minutes in and out. Not to mention how CLEAN the facilities were! I would highly recommend this for all my friends with storage needs!
Awesome staff! Managers are very friendly and accommodating. The facility is highly secured and Very well maintained. Facility is very clean and highly secured. I love the gate security for both in and out! They monitor this place carefully, even called me when my lock was not locked properly! ...More When they have promotions their rate is doable but we left them because the monthly rate went from $155 to $305 for a 10x10 unit.
The customer service here is above and beyond anything I could have imagined from a storage place. The employees are all genuinely kind and competent, they go out of their way to help you. They offered free help unloading when I moved in and free use of their truck. The premises was always clean ...More and well maintained with plenty of hand trucks. I highly recommend the location here, you'll be in good hands.
