Had a very unsettling encounter with the attendant at the icon facility at this facility. He was rude and inappropriate and somewhat scary. I would not recommend using this particular facility

Absolutely horrible. Spent half an hour waiting for the car to be delivered (after having paid) due to completely clueless attendants who kept letting cars in despite single lane. Avoid like a plague!

We used this parking garage to go see Lion King on Broadway. After the show let out, understandably there was a long line to pay. However, I am still waiting for my car to be brought out and I have been waiting for over 45 minutes. There is something wrong with the logistics of this place. S ...Moretay away!

We had prepaid for our parking in conjunction with a trip into the city to see a play. We sat in our car for a half hour waiting to drop off our car. Finally the attendant gave up a ticket and told us to leave the car with the keys in it, on the street in NYC. Who does that!!!!!!! I was just ...More glad my car was there when we got back after the play. The problem was, there was only one attendant to park the car, take the payments and bring the cars back up to the street for people leaving. This seem to be the problem with many of icons locations. Icon should spend some money and hire some more help to improve their service and their reputation.

This has to be the worst parking garage in the area. I used an app. to pre-pay for my parking & to secure a spot. I arrived on time as the time indicated on my prepaid voucher. Once I arrived, I saw a line down the block just to get into the garage. I decided to get out my vehicle & walk up to t ...Morehe attendants window & asked if I needed to stay in the line of cars being that I already had a pre-paid voucher. I received no response. The attendant looked at me as if I had to heads & moved on to another customer. I then asked the same question to another attendant that I saw walk by, again No response. I had tickets to a Broadway show that I paid over $300 & the show was going to begin in a little over 30 minutes. Again, I asked both attendants am I wasting my time here even though I have a pre-paid voucher for parking. NO response. Now, I have a very small window to try to get to another garage before my play started. Needless to say, I missed the first 15 minutes of my Broadway show & I am totally upset at this point. Do not spend your money or time at this garage. The attendants do not communicate at all. One lane in & out. The only plus side, the app that I used I called & informed them of the situation & they refunded my money right away, but they too were annoyed by the fact that they have a contract with this garage to set aside spots for pre-paid customers that they clearly did not hold up to. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
