Pre-paid quick park on 50th. Drove in from CT for the day to go to Broadway. Unfortunately the state of NY decided to repair 27 miles of 684 in one day and reduced it to one lane resulting in a one hour traffic delay. Called quick park twice to explain our situation, assured them we would be t ...Morehere, but not by 9:45 as planned. They in return were assured us twice that this was not a problem. Parked our car had lunch, saw Jersey Boys, great day until we returned to the garage at 5:00 pm. At this point the assistant manager charged us again! He did not care what his employee had told us. He was rude and embarrassed us in front dozens of people picking up their cars after the theater. Instead of paying $22., we paid $44 and got to totally humiliated. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN! ICON is the only way to go

Awful - do not use them! They valet parked my car and ripped off my passenger side mirror. Not only that, they tried to reattach it with clear tape so I wouldn't notice and they would get away with damaging my car! Insane! Now they are dodging my phone calls.

If you are going to park here through ParkWhiz, STOP, you DON'T HAVE A SPOT, EVEN IF YOU PAID FOR IT. Even if they have room for your car, they'll save it to someone else and will laugh at your proof of payment. Make other arrangements and get your refund now.

On Friday, October 7, at just after 11:00 p.m., I got ripped off at the Quik Park on West 56th Street in NYC. I had to go back to car after the attendant had parked it (right by the entrance) because I'd left my phone in the car. I neglected to give the key back to the attendant, although he was ...More standing right by and could have asked for the key back but didn't. When I returned, he insisted I pay an extra charge of $35 because I had taken the key with me. There was a sign up stating the policy, but you have to be standing within 2 feet of it to see it properly -- it's impossible to see it clearly from your car -- and it's not in a location that one would ordinarily look at, as it's opposite the office. In addition, the attendant insisted I pay the extra charge in cash, and he never rang it up nor did he give me a receipt for it. The fact that he was standing next to me when I closed the car and didn't ask for the key back tells me it's a money scam, either on his part or the company's. The fact that he insisted on cash for the extra charge, but not for the parking fee, tells me he's cheating the company.
