Appalled. They need to change their rules. I came in because I found a coupon online and they made me back out into a busy Manhattan street because a car needed to come out. What? Have the car inside back up? That's so much safer! I told him that, he didn't care and made me back out. I'd rather ...Morepay more and be safe thank you. Jeez.

Never again this place was a joke.... Waited 45 min for a prepaid trip just to get in garage because they have to pack the place and cars cant go in when others are leaving. They eventually gave a ticket so we could leave and they half ass parked car themselves but only after we complained. Bewa ...Morere ppl, always check your car because there is now a nice side swipe on my rear bumper with paint coming off. Not parking here ever again.

Do not use this parking facility! Extremely disorganized. Only one way in and out. Waited 30 min on the street to get in. Waited 35 min to get out. They play musical chairs, blocking the entrance with the cars, to get cars in and out. Never seen anything like this. Bad business. Pay a fe ...Morew bucks more to park elsewhere.
