I don't know what has happened to this garage where I have been parking for 15 years. But they change to City Parking this year and now they are just terrible. My family has used this establishment a few times, since I live in the area. This past weekend, my mom dropped off the car for a few hours. When we got back, they opened the door for her to get in. You'd think this was a gentlemanly offer.. When we got home, we found that someone had backed int ...Moreo the driver-side door. They'd literally only held the door open to avoid us noticing the giant dent over the door handle. They deliberately hide the damage from my mother, and did not alert us that our car had been backed into. We'll obviously never park here again, and I've told my roommates and friends in the area to ABSOLUTELY avoid these jerks. Unless you'd like to try dragging them through your insurance claims process.

The seasoned attendants are great but turn over of the new staff is rapid and they are inexperienced. I am a monthly customer and my car now has scratches and dings in the panels and they also have crashed it into one of the pillars. My battery has died several times from them leaving the keys i ...Moren the ignition all night. There is also always a coat of dust on the car after a few days from construction work (so they claim), so don't bother with the hand car wash and wax. I would avoid this place. It's not worth it. So far the repairs are over $2,000 USD. Avoid! Also the garage is beyond capacity. I will post photos shortly.

I wanted to park my car here using SpotHero Sunday April 3 6:30 PM I told the parking attendant I have reservation with SootHero and he got very arrogant and nasty and said my priorities are with my regular customers not SpotHero customers and you cannot park here. I canceled my reservation and ...More left the garage the theater show was about to start and I couldn't find a place to park my car so I went back to that nasty attendant and he accepted me paying without using SpotHero It cost me $36.00 instead of less than $20.00 using SpotHero. Just look at the other reviews here on Yelp and DON'T GO HERE

My family has been parking here for 28.5 years and we've almost always had great experiences picking up and dropping off our car. The staff is always on-time getting the car in and out, and they take good care of it when it isn't in use. Only one time has the battery in our car run out, even whe ...Moren it wasn't in use for a while, and occasionally the car will be dusty, but that happens when you leave something alone for weeks or even months on end without taking care of it on a daily basis. It isn't their job to do maintenance or cleaning. You will run into a problem every now and then as well because the business isn't perfect. Most recently we booked a reservation for our car on Sunday, but they forgot to put the reservation in so we had to wait a little longer for them to collect our car. I honestly didn't love how they tried to put the responsibility on us, but this is the first time this has ever happened. We love keeping our car here and leaving it in their care because they do a great job.
