The staff here is great, very helpful and accommodating. I've been a customer now for over a year and I'm impressed. I recently had to renew my contract and put in a little work but it wasn't such a bad transition to another unit after all. Thanks Karina and staff!!

The staff is wonderful. I recently moved to the area and did it in two stages, Margaux was my agent on both occasions. She was extremely professional and very helpful. It is not the most modern or esthetically pleasing facility but it is the most economical in the area. I had to take one star a ...Moreway because the place is like a sauna the heat in there is ridiculous and there could be more lighting. The location of one of my units is very dark. Neither of these issues are any reflection of the wonderful staff. These are management issues and might be the reason for the affordable prices. I would recommend this facility and ask for Margaux.

Beware if you store at this location. I decided to store here 8 months ago because they were the most reasonably priced in the vicinity. After signing the least all the reasons why they are priced so reasonable came to light. There is no air conditioning, no heat, very dim lighting, storage door ...Mores that are difficult to close, dividing walls that don't go all the way to the ceiling, security gates that do not always work so they are left open, very few and poorly maintained dollies and I could go on. After 6 months the price of my unit increased by $50. Also note that unlike any other reasonable business Public Storage does not have a grace period you are accessed a late fee on the 2nd of the month and the late fee in my case was a ridiculous $82.00. In my opinion they are a bunch of crooks and that is why I am leaving this facility for the much nicer, more affordable and climate controlled Cubesmart. I really liked the placed in the beginning but boy have things changed.
