Ed is the man!!!! He was very professional and willing to stay and assist us although the we arrived near closing time. The young lady working with him---Dominique (or was it Diamond?)---not so much. She was RUDE and didn't seem to have a customer service or empathetic bone in her body. She wa ...Mores extremely unfriendly and lacked professionalism. Thank you Ed for your willingness to assist and go the extra mile. You're a gem.

This is not the closest Public Storage to me, but I'm glad it's the one I went with! My mom, who made the reservation, said that the person she talked to (not sure who it was) was very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly, and she commented that she wished everyone she had to deal with could be l ...Moreike that. My mom actually double-booked reservations at two Public Storage sites, and the staff here was very helpful and understanding about getting the issue resolved, with no hassle for me, who was as confused as they were! I was helped by Clintoine, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Henry was there, and while he was not helping me, was also very friendly. From my experience and what else I heard going on, they are not interested in trying to upsell you on bigger units than you actually need, or insisting you stick with them even if they don't have exactly what you need. Rather, they take pains to make sure you get what you pay for, pay for what you need and nothing superfluous, and will refer you to other Public Storage locations if they feel like it will work better for your situation, even if their site loses the business. The customer service here was very good, and the facility seems very conveniently set up, which, I guess, at the end of the day, is also geared toward great customer service! I would recommend them to anyone in the area, and would use them again.

I started renting a unit from here on march 2017 and this is not a good place to do business with. The staff here are very rude, most of the time when you call the actual storage facility no one hardly answers the phone. They charge a 50 late lee which is excessive. The storage units are too sma ...Morell for the price they charge. I would not recommend this facility. The entire staff is rude and unprofessional

Great, clean establishment. Welcoming and friendly friendly staff. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the best storage unit for my budget. Thanks again Daniel.

Update, We just filed in small claims court. If you had a problem with them changing prices leave a short description and We'll get back to you with details on the case.
