Great storage facility - clean, nice and safe. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.

I have been renting a 10x10 for about 4 months. At first the facility seemed to be running well but when I went there on 8/30 I started having second thoughts. First one of the elevators I tried to use didn't work. I was moving heavy items and after about a half hour I told the managers that ...Moreit wasn't working and they told me they knew about it and hey were waiting for it to be fixed. But no out of order signs were posted anywhere on or near this elevator. Second, when I got in the elevator on the first floor and hit the wrong floor number the elevator took me to that floor. I was told when I got the unit there was a security system in place that wouldn't allow renters to go a floor they weren't renting in. Besides that once you get to your floor, there is no key code system to get back on the elevator and I ended up getting off on the wrong floor which shouldn't have never happened if their security system was working properly. Third this is supposed to be a climate controlled facility. When I first started renting there, the climate control system was working. On 8/30 after spending an hour in there I didn't even feel a single puff of air in the place, except for the reception area. Fourth, the place seemed to be run by a bunch of kids which I have not seen on previous visits so this could explain some of the problems I experienced that day. On a side note, I am not happy with the overall set-up of this facility. A cheap wire roof is all that prevents my stuff from getting stolen. The walls are not tall so it wouldn't be hard to break into a unit from the top. I was told it was for fire reasons being there is a sprinker system in it. But to not have a more solid roof structure has never sit well with me from day 1. I am going to get my stuff out of this place as soon as I can.

Not a great experience here. The location and parking is not bad. But make sure you reserve a unit and discounted price online before you set foot in the door! The online prices are much better. I got hosed by just going in. I even asked if the price they quoted me was the lowest possible and ...Morethey lied and said yes. They should have told me to just pull out my phone to get a better deal. A And it turns out the in-store "deal" they gave me on a unit with less space due to a giant column taking up space was not discounted at all. It was the regular full price. So they lied to me twice. And you CAN turn down their insurance. They really try and pressure you into buying it , including lying and saying you HAVE you get it for the lease. But after resisting and threatening to go across the street to UHaul they admitted you can waive it. I would check out StoragePost or UHaul which are both next door. Not sure if they are any better but they can't be much worse.

I have been storing my belongings here for 10+ years. However, in the past two years, there have been two instances of pipes breaking. The last damaged my property. The "climate controlled" claim does not appear to be true.

Nice clean facility easy access and good price. Very busy when I arrived and Mikiella went above and beyond to accommodate me.
