Excellent Customer Service I'm addicted to my storage unit here. I'm in the process of moving my parents to a new home and moving myself back to Miami and needed a place to store my items. Picking this location was a no brainer. As soon as I saw the reviews, I said to myself, I need to stop by ...Moreand see it. Well, I was in the area and decided to stop in. I spoke to the young lady at the counter, who was extremely helpful with all my questions. When I asked her name, she said Allison... That was it. All the reviews I had read came to life. I'm very very happy here and the place is impeccable. My unit is perfect and there is even a clean restroom on the premises. (That's a big one for me ) parking is great. I especially like the fact that there is one entrance with a small loading dock for when it rains. There is actually nothing negative to share and everything positive. I hesitated writing this review in fear that it will become more crowded and mess things up; but I had to share. I couldn't keep it all to myself. Thank you for all your assistance Allison. And thank you for keeping such a great worker at this location. Its a bigger deal than most employers can imagine. Please keep her and all your employees happy, it reflects on your location. Congratulations... For some reason this location sometimes comes up as the one next door at 168. But this one is the best

I wanted to make sure my storage unit was easy to get in and out of, responsive and safe. This was all of that and more. Ryan went above and beyond to ensure my move out went smoothly and Gina was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Public storage is lucky to have them both as they ...Morereally made it easy and seamless to have my things in storage. Highly recommend!!!

The finishing touch was impressive leaving the lock in the storage unit... so very thoughtful! Thank you.. the facility is immaculate!
