Beware of notifications. We chose not tho set up auto-pay because we were hoping to clear it out quickly. We did, however, set up notification. PublicStorage notifications send them A MONTH PRIOR. When we remembered, it was a day too late and we got hit with a $28.98 late charge which they did ...More not remove. Thanks a lot!

I needed storage fast and the Public Storage in Norwood had a good deal. I went to check out the facility and was pleasantly surprise. I first met Jose, who was only there for that day but he help me to navigate the terrain and find the best space for my needs. I then met Sarah who was very pr ...Moreofessional, personable, attentive and good spirited. She helped me with finding additional space and other concerns I had with my rental. For the few times I was there, Sarah always has a good disposition. I am happy to have found this storage facility and feel I will have good experiences.

Brand new clean facility. Great security system and very easy to use as far as the loading area and elevators and carts. Staff very friendly and helpful!

This place is brand spanking new and huge so they had the best deals! The staff are amazing and so helpful in deciding the best unit size. Moving in was effortless. Can't ask for anything more, would highly recommend!
