After several attempts to contact the DM, I have not so much as heard a peep from the company. AWFUL customer service. I will never store goods at a Public Storage facility again. It was a big mistake.

My experience has been wonderul with the Old Post Road location in Edison. Adrian is a real asset to the company. I think she has been there a short time, but I have been absolutely satisfied with the level of service and friendliness. Customer service was excellent. The manager, chao, helped me pick a reasonably sized unit and when he realized he had no inventory to suit my needs he referred me to another facility. Only disappointment was when he transferred my account he couldn't apply the 10% on line booking discount.

If I could give this storage place a ZERO I would. Has to be the WORST storage facility EVER!! Please STAY AWAY from here avoid it like if it was the BUBONIC PLAQUE!! There customer service is HORRIBLE! I rented a 5x10 storage unit back at the end of Feb of 2020 mind you first time ever renting ...Morea storage unit and because of this spot it will be my last. Not only did I get charged $80 from the 28th till the 1st then get charged on the 1st again for I don't remember how much but I made sure my unit was paid every single month it being deducted out of my credit card each billing cycle fast forward to when I moved my stuff 7 mos later to August 31st made sure all my stuff was out on the 31st as I was told by customer service through phone because the people at the storage unit never pick up there phone, the woman I spoke to ( customer service not at location ) told me to make sure all my stuff was out, take lock out and leave door cracked open by the 31st so I did. Therefore I won't get charged mind you I paid my unit till the 31st now how do I get an email saying I owe $101 something and if I don't pay I will be taken to collections so I call and of course no one answers at the storage place go figure!! I call again and call for new storage and customer service there transfers me to another customer service agent so I explAin to the lady my situation she said I was correct and I shouldn't be charged. She said THE PROPERTY MANAGER today 9/1 put in the charge and wasn't suppose to so she gives me the direct line to call and guess what they don't answer!!! I will def be taking this to court if they even try to charge me or take me to collections I have name and numbers of all whom I have spoken to and said I'm not suppose to be billed!!! So please people do yourself a favor there are plenty of storages places that are far way better than this place, not to mention there are no security cameras in that location something happens you are screwed it's not safe at all.... They are way to pricey for the little storage units a 5x10 just went up to $112 seriously ?? There is no AC and there were bugs all in my boxes when I moved out!!! STAY AWAY FROM THERE!!!
