Horrible horrible experience!!!! DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!! Initially I received a unit that has two entrances and no one that worked here noticed so there was another lock I had to purchase and had I not noticed there would be access to my unit without my knowledge. My belongings were s ...Moretolen!! When I spoke to the manager she was extremely rude defensive and completely unprofessional. She attempted to lie and tell me I no longer had insurance and I actually had documentation to prove otherwise. When I called to file an insurance claim the office was "closed" in the middle of a business morning. I left a message no one called back. I called the district manager as well and he was unprofessional rude and didn't attempt to apologize or address my concern. He literally said "why are you speaking you haven't paid your recent bill". I didn't pay because when I went to my unit over $4,000 in my belongings were stolen. So far this has been the most unprofessional and shady business I've ever dealt with. DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS!!!!!!!

I Was considering renting a storage room with another company, however while driving by public storage rockaway location I decided to check their rates. I was assisted by an associated by the name of Kiyah. She was very helpful explaining the rates, the sizes of the rooms, promotions, and availa ...Moreble insurance. She also took me on a mini tour to view some of the units outside, which was nice. The place was very well kept, and much better then the other storage facility I was considering. Kiyah assured me the move in would be easy, and if I choose to I can select automatic billing to avoid coming in to pay the monthly bill. I appreciate her professionalism, and kindness, you don't see it as often as you should. Thanks to Kiyah, Public storage is Now my Storage company, and the service has continued to be Excellent!!

Moving is frikkin' stressful! I walked in to this location and I was already irritated, but Tracie and Keyanna were so cool man. They were calm and explained everything clearly with out being condescending. I was so appreciative. My girlfriend Ashly and I still talk about it. So here's my shout ...Moreout! Impeccable service. Also.. as far as the facilities are concerned, we got an adequate space for the belongs, there was no occurrence of mold or bugs, and we were provided with the dollies that we needed to move things in and out of the location. The price I think was great but it was only for a month which is really all the time that we needed.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!! And if you do, DO NOT park your car there, and if you do, make sure your car door is closed. I've never used storage before, but despite having two different kind of locks on my unit, a $700 item was stolen. However, customer service was great, but pleasant customer s ...Moreervice doesn't equate to much when you're left wondering if they're partly responsible for your missing items ‍.
