Swung by to pick up some moving supplies. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ryan helped me pick out some items for my move, helped carry my things out to the car and handed me a yelp feedback card. Normally I ignore those sorts of requests but he was really friendly. Thanks!

Joi was very helpful and she has a really good sense of humor also very polite I like her I would have forgotten to pay my bill if she didn't remind me

The Manager Ryan was very helpful and went above and beyond with great customer service. Since we were doing business from another state and had shipments arriving when we were not accessible, he accepted our shipments and was very professional, prompt and called us if there was any issues. I have been a tenant for over 10 years. I've dealt with lots of issues like horrible snow removal in the winter to poor customer service with rental issues. This week was the incident that put me over the edge. Tried to pay my rent three times this week. It seems every time I show up at the ...Moreoffice it's locked. Finally on the 6th (last day to make payment without a late fee) I was at the office at 3:22 PM and it was locked. Sign on the door said "be back at 5:30". Called the office and got voicemail. Left a message to call me. Called Public Storage Corporate Customer Service (and after 10 minutes of computer generated prompts telling me to call the property manager) and finally got to talk to a human being from Corporate customer service. She apologized and said that the late fee would not be an issue (late fee is added on the 7th of the month) She also said that for my trouble she was going to repeal, for six months, the rent increase that had just been instituted on my storage unit "to make up for my inconvenience". Today I went to pay the rent. i called in advance to be sure the worker wouldn't be on a break. Got voicemail. Still went to the location figuring the worker would be off break by the time I got there. Upon arrival, no one in the office, office locked. Tried to go thru the gate to access my unit, access code denied. Pushed the intercom button to speak to the attendant, negative results. Finally got into the office when the attendant miraculously reappeared and when I went to pay my rent it included the late charge. I had to call corporate customer service again and git a snotty representative who refused to put me thru to a supervisor until I asked her to spell her name and give me her employee ID number. I was connected to the property manager who was in his car on speakerphone. Let's just say that he defended the fact that my access code was locked out even though it was their fault that I was unable to pay the rent, and that they said "not to worry" about the fact that the rent wasn't going to be paid till the next day. After a 35 minute phone call I was able to pay my bill ( finally convinced him to remove the late fee that the corporate customer service person told me was removed on Thursday, but their computer showed no record of that) In short. This property, which used to be run very well, is now run down. They don't staff the location properly to service the customers. The employees they do have don't have a clue how the location operates. The phone isn't answered, the office is always empty and locked, and if you have a problem you're on your own looking for help from someone in Corporate in California or Oklahoma.

Very helpful, friendly and a clean facility. Would definitely recommend. Jane & Fran were very helpful.
