Brad and Ryan were both extremely helpful to me with my storage needs. Brad signed me up for the screaming deal of $1 for a unit for the first month, and saw to it that I'd have a 1st floor, easy to access space. Since I was new to the area, he also gave me information on housing and recommend ...Moreed a local realtor. Ryan was very nice and helpful when I was bringing my items in. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the customer service and great prices at this facility. I would definitely use them again, and I heartily recommend Public Storage of Great Neck, NY.

This review is about the corporate not the individual location. The local workers seems pretty nice but the corporate is just the reverse. The customer service of the corporate is horribly combative. I called in to setup the autopay but somehow it does not stick. No one inform me that they we ...Morere unable to set it up until a month later when they hit me with a late charge. I then called the corporate but the rep. refused to waive the charge and the attitude is NOT NICE. Over all the times I talked to the corporate, only one time was greeted with decency. Next time when I travel back to the area or another job, I will most likely moving out to another company. I keep several storage rooms around the country due to my work. Very disappointed.

I went there today to take a Unit. You Must be Joking! 1. There was No 'Climate control' I could see or feel. It was app 78/79° and brutally Humid outside AND inside. 2. The Units are app 5'-6' high/Stacked. The young lady showed me one on the second level (not as in elevator or stairs), but an ...More upper level that you have to use library-type stairs to Climb to your unit. That's app Half the units in the place. When I asked "how do I get my stuff up there?", She said, "that's why we have a Forklift." Forklift? 3, Due probably to the lack of climate control, the White paint in the section I looked at was Heavily Peeling off the ceiling in the whole section. Beyond unsightly, it was obviously long-running and casually Neglected, even as countless pieces of it must have been dropping on the floor for months/years. Huge peels just hanging and throughout, not just a few. 4. I was shocked at a large chain having such a Shabby facility. I've stored stuff at several facilities in Two states. Never seen anything this bad. Who the heck is giving this dump 5 stars? Do any of you have indoor plumbing? `

I recently gave this place only one star because of a dispute with the company. Now, I'm happy to say that they have resolved the issue. I just wish that they didn't take the time it took but I suppose it's expected to take time to resolve a matter. I've always been a happy with this facility c ...Moreause it clean and getting to this venue from my home usually pretty quick. In addition, the staff here are super nice. Definitely recommend this location.
