So far I have had a great experience with Public Storage in Mountainside, NJ. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They went above an beyond to find a storage space that fit my needs. The pricing is fair. The facility seems secure. I am very happy so far.
Fantastic customer service at this location. Brittany and Ed'Dayshia were very helpful and took their time to provide my mother and myself detailed information on storage options and supplies! When they were out of a specific storage supply I was hoping to purchase, Ed'Dayshia quickly ran to the ...Moreir neighboring Public Storage facility to get me more. Talk about efficient service!
Ed'Dashia was delightful to deal with! She was knowledgable and helpful but also witty and charming. It made the paperwork process enjoyable! The property is small so I felt good that I wouldn't get lost in a maze of buildings. Overall it's been a great experience!
Fantastic Service, Ed and Kareem were very helpful. They saved me some money at the end and happy customer. Would recommend to friends.
