This is s great location and very clean climate controlled rooms. The manager, Daphne, was very pleasant and swift in checking me in. The price are kinda steep but the offer of $1 for the first month is unbeatable.

A few days after we reserved our unit Public Storage cut their hours unit was accessible so that I may have to leave work early to access my unit. They should have let us know about the change before we reserved our unit. I would have looked at our storage facilities with better and longer hou ...Morers. Went to unit twice last week and the security gate's pad was broken so the gate was left open so anyone could enter. When I went to access my unit only one out of two elevators working. When up to the unit and the lights in my area were out so that I couldn't go through the unit as I planned. Went to the office to inform them and the security pad to the office was dismantled. I asked the employees what was going on with all the malfunctioning areas and they only said everything was reported. Not a satisfactory answer when lights are not hard to replace and security on the units is one of the main features you pay for. I asked for the name of the supervisor at the facility which is not posted as most companies will do in the office. I called twice and emailed Mr. Feliciano and Mr. Sethi with one return phone call received to my voicemail. I called back and emailed but I case the token phone call is considered a response to all of my concerns. At this point I would not recommend this facility due to the lack of accessibility of hours and changes made without notice before my taking the unit, lack of security, poor response to notification that lights were out and client therefore not able to access unit as well as poor response of supervisors to complaints about unit.
Reserved my unit because of need and luckily found out they were running a memorial day sale. The guy that helped me out, I think his name was David, was real cool and gave me the full rundown. Told me to expect a slight increase in rent every 6 months or so, told me about the "required" insura ...Morence and also told me that they sometimes single man the facility, so if the office is empty, it should just be a few minutes before someone is back at the desk... He gave me all this info BEFORE I signed the dotted line, so I still had the opportunity to back out if I wanted. The reality is, I'm just using the unit to store some overflow from the main residence, so, whatever, drop off my stuff, pay the rent and voila, I'm good to go. Four walls, a roof, a lock, It's a storage facility, what else do you really need? And for the record, I did research other "NEW" facilities in the area, they're more expensive.

I desperately needed to reserve a unit today due to a short notice to fix problems in my apartment. I've been familiar with this location since I drive by it many times, so my family and I decided to go there and check out what's available. BIG MISTAKE. First of all, despite a sign that clearly ...More states the store hours, the main office was locked & nobody around to answer the door. Second, when I called the number, I got into contact with someone (from corporate, I'm assuming) trying to find the "manager" who was supposedly showing another customer some units (which is why the office was locked), and I was told I was supposed to make an appointment first in order to see units. Third, when I was told the "manager" was back in the office, we walked over to the door only to have it locked in my face again because she said there was another person that came in who needed to see units and we couldn't stay inside to wait. WTF? 1) Why isn't there enough staff in the main office in the first place to cater to customers? Especially to new ones? 2) Where the hell does is say I have to make an appointment to see units? It doesn't say that at first glance in the website, nor at the signage in front of the office. 3) Why can we not wait inside the office & why must I wait OUTSIDE in the hot sun with my 2 small kids? I looked at the manager and just walked away. I was livid and I didn't want to blow up in front of my children. Moral of the story, just walk down the block into the NEWER METRO STORAGE. There were actual humans in the lobby who helped me with everything I needed with different staff members who catered to the time-sensitive need of a unit. No appointment needed and my kids sat on comfy chairs the entire time.
