Whackness in terms of customer service. I asked Betsy to help me understand the terms of my lease, and she (with that look on her face like she didn't want to work and how dare I ask for help) gave me the wrong information. Then they charged me extra upon moving out. Then I called their customer ...More service by phone and they refused to let me speak to the District Manager. They said that if what she said wasn't in writing, then my argument isn't credible. Except the issue is that I was asking her to explain my lease, which was in writing. If they fire the mean, rude, screw faced bitch at the front counter (and don't hire another one) it could be worth it. For what it's worth, it's pretty clean over there, and well lit..the hours are slim so you have to really schedule to get into your unit. If you work a 9-5 job, good luck seeing as they close at 6pm.

Worked out well for me. Price was more than I was quoted online, with fees and other nonsense. Didn't have time to ask about the total when I was checking in, noticed it later. Still was less than $200 for a 5 x 10 space for a month. My stuff was safe and not ruined when I went to get it. Though ...More the staff was content to let me wait around for 20 minutes for a dolly to move my stuff. (Sometime between the time I checked in at the end of Aug to the end of Sept, they started keeping them locked up. Okay sure.) Not sure how it compares to other places in the area, but it did the job for me.

STAY AWAY!!! Do not rent here!! Tyneisha my sales rep at move in misinformed me what the amount I payed was covering up until. And when I went in to speak with the other customer service reps, they were nasty, unhelpful, and the typical snappy I don't want to be bothered attitude! Had to call th ...Moree Public Storage Customer Service/District Manager so they could remove my fees that were due. Would give zero stars if I could!!

DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF IN THIS GARBAGE PALE OF A STORAGE FACILITY!!!! Consider yourself warned. 1) they are the most expensive storage facility in the area after the $1 promotional fee 2) the workers are RUDE and uninformed 3) Elevators NEVER work,and there docking area is always full which make ...Mores moving a nightmare. 4)They add a $52 dollar late fee for being a day late, HARRRRAAASSSS you to death by leaving threatening messages about "matters being urgent"and your stuff going into auction. At this point I am ready to hire movers, just to move my stuff to another facility. This place has to be the worst. Oh, and the best part; there is a gentleman who's storage unit is not far from mine, and he uses it to sell drugs... ENJOY!

I was in a bind and could not move into my apt when my things were shipped from across the country. I feel fortunate to have found this place and they had a good promo rate which was perfect for me. Workers were helpful. I worked with Hana and she was really great with helping my movers when ...MoreI could not be there. Clean and in a convenient location. Overall I would recommend this place!
