The help at this location is great. Ed and the female assistant are super helpful and available. Kenny us always excellent too. They have always been pleasant and better than expected when I needed them. Highly recommend this location.

I was very impressed with this facility and the employees who helped me. I was greeted with a big hello and a big smile by Ed, and Joey, the Manager. Ed helped me choose various sized boxes. He was very helpful, asking what I was packing or storing so that he could recommend the right size boxes ...More for the job. He was all too happy to tell me about the current promotion of up to 30% off on boxes, too! He took care of payment in a quick second, and carried my boxes to the car--what service! This was a very positive experience, and I would go back to this facility in a heartbeat!

I was confronted to use storage for the first time due to delay in closing. We needed a place to store our belongings and was recommeded to use this facility by my real estate attorney who had used this facility himself. At first, I was impressed initially with a courteous staff who thoroughly e ...Morexplained and showed me the facility. Ryan who was on duty that day called me to confirm and greeted me with a nice smile. He was extremely helpful and made this temporary move a pleasant experience. Facility appeared to have good security and storage space appeared clean. I'm confident that I made a wise decision and would recommend without hesitation to all.

Great experience. Ryan was knowledgeable and very efficient. Answered all my questions clearly. Processed my paperwork in a timely manner while explaining everything succinctly. Very professional. Facility is always clean and feels safe. Thanks Ryan!!
