I'm reposting this because my friends lost everything within a month of storing here. The insurance was a waste of time and would not cover anything and we think the theft was an inside job. Please do not use this place.

Avoid this place at absolutely all cost. The employees here are extremely rude. Businesses like this are the reason yelp needs a zero star option.

Reposting this to warn everyone. We lost over $50,000 worth of clothes, furniture, mementos,etc. Turns out over 30 units were broken into in the space of three weeks. Crooks rented a unit in to have access. Over three week period the same people moved out 30 times more than any unit could hold-- ...Moreright past the front desk.

So this is an update to my orginal 5 star rating. I would like to start off by saying this is the most unethical and money hungry corporation that I have ever know. Firstly, they use tactics such as charging $20 fees for making over the phone payments, If you're on auto pay, they will charge y ...Moreou even after you have moved, $25 late fees for 1 day late with no warning of any missed payment, ect. And to add insult to injury there is no way to reach corporate. You will have to speak with the property manager of your location alone. Even if they're not in the office. Secondly, this location closes at 6pm so its important for people to know this, not really a complaint but again important to note! Also important to note is they keep all stairwells locked not a bad thing but kind of important considering how the 1 elevator they have keeps on breaking! Imagine picking up a Uhaul truck full of stuff, you've planned all week and the one friend that came through only to find the elevator is broken and you need to keep that uhaul for a few more days till that elevator is fixed, oh and the stairwell is locked so no moving stuff for you! Finally, all the employees here are condescending and just lazy good for nothing bums, with the exception of Anna. Anna is sweet and that is why I gave 1 extra star than this place deserves. Give respect, get respect. Its not hard. I have worked customer service all my life and I still do, occasionally you'll have to get off your high horse and not be so rude to customers. I.e its the 2 guys that work here. I won't be coming to this location again for storage but most importantly I won't be coming back to public storage nor would I recommend it. There are much more honest companies to deal business with!

The manager does a good job at making sure everything is clean , smooth rental process, overall nice and great customer service! I am happy renting here and will continue to do so.:)
