I originally decided to rent a unit here because they were having an online special and it seemed fairly straightforward. Lo and behold, when I showed up for my appointment to rent a unit, two additional charges appeared: one is for your lock, which you're required to purchase from them because ...Moreit's a "special" lock and the other is a monthly insurance $10-$13, which isn't much but the fact that they don't disclose this information before you get here doesn't sit well with me. Fast forward to my second visit: I get to their location at 9:37 (7 minutes after they opened). I give them my drivers license to borrow a dolly. I finish using my unit and get back to their office before 10am only to find that BOTH employees who were in there are gone and there's a sign on the door saying "we'll be back at 10:30." There is another gentleman also waiting to return the dolly key and retreive his license and a woman who had an appointment at 10am to open a new unit. This is absolutely ridiculous. The two ladies don't inform anyone and decide to take a break together 30-min after opening; horrible customer service. I tried calling the site manager, but it went to voicemail. I don't recommend this facility and will be moving my things elsewhere and expecting a full refund.

Me and at least other 3 units just got robbed in this place. The second floor doesn't have cameras and there is a lot of room for somebody to get in through the ceiling. They cut the chicken wire and got in.

Just got an email from public storage. They think now, the middle of a pandemic, while millions are forced out of work, to raise the rates. Thank you so much, in the time of great need, you decided your customers have plenty of extra cash to give us. What a class outfit you all are. I'm moving o ...Moreut tomorrow. Thanks ass holes

Area where the storage unit is located feels safe and is clean. Facility is spacious, clean and easy to navigate. It was really helpful that we could make an appointment to get setup up, but you can also just walk in. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! High recommend!

The service at this location in Adrian street Burlingame is amazing, the place well managed, the service and help of Lee Ho is outstanding, she will do her best to the renters . Thank you .
