First off, I want to say the staff are really nice and this is no complaint against them. The issue is they STILL HAVE RATS!!! I went this weekend to clean out my storage unit that I only had for 5 months. I didn't store furniture, just bags and boxes of clothes and personal belongings. I moved ...Moreback to Washington and came back to tie this up along with some other things. First off, I couldn't locate my storage keys so I had to have a locksmith come out. After he popped off the lock I noticed that a taco seasoning packet was on the floor. It looked liked it had been shredded. So when I picked it up I noticed small teeth marks, it freaked me out like no other!! I mean I paid $174 a month to have this !! Thankfully I was able to move out this weekend. I threw away items that I felt were compromised. The woman who was there was nice enough to help me get the remaining items out of my storage unit and to ensure there were no rats / mice traveling to Washington with me. I would say do not pack spice as I think that's what attracted the rodents.. Be careful!!

Very awful place. We have rented 10x15' place at this place and paid in full for current next months. The place had moisture and mold smell in it. Imagine what would happen to your belongings left in a high moisture place. After spending there some time, we did not feel good. It took us a coup ...Morele of days to recover from it. They did not disclose the issue, instead they sold us more of their products by trying to play as a nice person. It felt like it was a rip-off. Two days later, after recovering from health problem, we went back to close the storage, but they have refused to return our funds that was paid for the next month.

This place has rats. I had to move all my stuff out to prevent further damage. It is also really expensive.

Art was always so nice and accommodating whenever we came in and had questions! I always felt like my things were safe in this storage unit. Everything was also easily accessible. A plus is there's a bathroom in the area making moving in and out super convenient. Would highly recommend renting h ...Moreere!
