The facility has had the elavator down twice for over a month each time. If your stuff is on the second floor you have to use the stairs i.e.you CAN"T get your stuff or put stuff in. The company does not even warn you, so people drivie up with trucks to unlaod or load and finding out after renti ...Moreng trucks and movers. What a disaster!!! Phone number for help on website is disconnected and the number the site people gave me just goes back to them and they don't know. Find another place is my recommendation.

Not much to review. Standard storage BS. Get a decent rate, it goes up every 6 months to a point where you're eventually paying 3 times what you started up at. They're all like that as far as I know. This one I went in at I believe $220 a month. A few years later, it's $687! Aside from that, th ...Moree hours at this particular location border on ridiculous. Make sure you won't have to go in after 5pm or possibly earlier as they keep making the entry times shorter and shorter. This location is near lots of homeless living in tents and RVs. One day there was a fire caused from the homeless encampment right behind one of our units. PS asked us to check our contents for smoke damage. Not their fault, but just stating a fact.

I went to this location on 3/26/2020. I was quoted different prices than I found on-line. I completed a no obligation to rent reservation (it expressly said this), with no credit card required, for a climate controlled unit off the ground floor for the reservation. The first month gives the ben ...Moreefit of 50% savings on the $312 monthly rate. All in. While I am in the process of confirming this reservation on-line, the lady from the public storage office I had just spoken to in person leaves me a voice mail about having to schedule that someone will be there for me on the day I reserved, again, advertised as no obligation to rent. I complete the on-line reservation and confirm the no obligation to rent reservation and receive a confirmation number. I get an email showing a small increase of the monthly rent advertised plus a surprise $24 administrative fee, in effect shifting the benefit of the first month lowered price savings to the lady in the office, Courtney, fraudulently. The phone call obviously triggered the change between the on-line confirmation and the confirmation email. There had been no advertised administrative fee. I don't want to pay for someone else's day trading habits.

No thank you. I booked online. Came in during the covid outbreak because I needed to close my business. I got a call within seconds of booking online. Person on the other end explained all these details about how to show up and when. Bring your face mask please! OK will do! They didn't tell me t ...Moreo bring a lock. Not at all! So I arrive mask on and ready to rent my unit. The lady behind the counter asks if I had a lock. I said no it securing the truck I rented this morning. She says I MUST have a lock to secure the unit and she's happy to sell me one. I explained that no one asked me to arrive with a lock. They told me about the mask tho!! I asked why didn't they tell me when they called. SHE SAID IT'S NOT PART OF HER SCRIPT!! I said "If is a requirement that i secure the unit in front of you maybe it should be?" I do not need a second lock from my unit so I said no thank you. I assume I would have been nickled and dimed from that point forward. NOT TODAY SATAN! I'll never use them again! Very safe and clean environment to store things. My critique is that the price of my storage unit literally doubled in price, so I am now moving elsewhere. Also the access hours now close at 6pm; the unit I am moving to, access is until 10pm. The elevator is indeed tricky, but at least there is ...Morean elevator! Interacted very little with office staff during my two years using the space, so have nothing to report on them.
