I have had a storage here for a couple months, and I have had no complaints. Office has boxes and tape if you needed them, and staff is friendly. Farhana is polite to me whenever I have a question or need something.

The facility is located conveniently between both the 280 and 101 and is in a fairly quiet area outside of industrial business hours. The surrounding family neighborhoods also seem peaceful. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. It's always clean and well lit in the dawn and dusk ho ...Moreurs. My only complaint was the storage was already high in price and to increase it 15% when I hadn't even been there 6 months, kind of took away any move in special and actually ended up costing me more in the end. It certainly was no reward for my early rent checks.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Farhana and Greg are the best. The facilities are clean and well kept.

My issue is more with Public Storage in general. They don't tell you this, but they can raise your monthly dues when ever they want as long as they give you 30days. What a rip off. Beware. Read the fine print and try to get a storage unit that guarantees the rate for a year.
